Dear Colleagues,
As we mentioned in our December 1996 progress report, we would
like to call a meeting of the FELIX community to finalize the FELIX
LoI at CERN the week of April 14-18, 1997. Note that this meeting
is somewhat later than we had originally planned. It is thus
essential that we enter the meeting well organized. To that end,
please review the text of the LoI as it develops in the coming
months on the FELIX web pages, and participate actively in it's
preparation.
In the meantime, please let us know if you will attend the April meeting.
